The following costs are excerpted from Charlie's Chicken Franchise Disclosure Document. These estimates of the investment levels may vary from your your actual experience differ due to geographic location, varying store sizes, build out costs and expenses.

Investment

  • Average unit investment range is $350,000 - $1,500,000
  • Initial Franchise fee is $25,000 per unit
  • Initial 10 year term; 4 & 5 year options available (*)
  • Royalty fee is 4% commencing 31 days after restaurant opening
  • Local marketing commitment starts at 1%
  • National marketing fee is 1%
  • Single and multi-unit opportunities available

Minimum Financial Qualifications

Adequate capitalization is an important element to the success for your Charlie's Chicken franchise. You must be able to demonstrate an adequate net worth and liquidity to facilitate the development of the number of restaurants you are committing to developing. Typically, the development of a single unit requires a minimum net worth of $500k and liquidity of $150k.
